摘  要:倾角传感器在国防建设与国民生活中的地位日渐升温,同时由于双轴倾角传感器具有精确度高、平衡性好且使用场景不受限制等优点,被广泛应用于各种机械制造、导轨安装与检测、建筑、军事、电力以及航天航空等众多工程领域。采用VTI公司生产的双轴倾角传感器SCA100TD01和STM32系列单片机构成数字倾角传感器,其精度高、可靠性强。论文中主要阐述了系统的硬件电路设计以及软件工作流程;最后通过标定实验可知,在旋转角度为-30°~+30°范围内,测量精度小于±2%。The status of inclination measurement in national defense construction and national life is heating up.Due to the advantages of high accuracy,good balance and unlimited use scenarios,biaxial inclination sensors are also widely used in various mechanical manufacturing,rail installation and detection,construction,military,electric power and aerospace and many other engineering fields.The numeric sensor for inclination angle is implemented using two-axis inclination angle sensor SCA100T produced by VTI Crop and STM32 MCU.The sensor can work reliably and has high precision.The design of the hardware circuit and the workflowof the sorftware are introduced.Finally,through calibration experiments,the results show that in the range of rotation angle of-30°~+30°,the measurement accuracy is less than±2%.
