摘 要:装配领域存在一些螺纹结合的管状工件装配,行业内多采用人工认扣、人工拧紧的装配方式,针对解决人工装配存在生产效率低,工作强度大,也无法得到准确的拧紧扭矩从而判断工件是否拧紧结合到位,不能够确保装配的良品率的目的,该文采用设计开发一种基于扭矩控制的螺纹自动拧紧设备的方法,结合设备自动认扣、自动拧紧功能的设计开发,得出设计开发一种基于扭矩控制的螺纹自动拧紧设备能有效提高了生产效率,降低工人工作强度,并能通过拧紧扭矩反馈与拧紧机构控制提高装配的良品率的结论。In assembly areas there are some thread combined with tubular workpiece assembly,in the industry with artificial thread,artificial tight assembly way,aiming at the production efficiency is low,solve the manual assembly working intensity big,can't get accurate tighten screw torque so as to determine whether the workpiece combination in place,will not be able to ensure that the purpose of the assembly of the roa.This paper adopts the design and development of a method of automatic thread tightening equipment based on torque control,combined with the design and development of automatic thread combination and automatic tightening function of the equipment,it is concluded that the design and development of an automatic thread tightening equipment based on torque control can effectively improve the production efficiency and reduce the working intensity of workers.And the good yield of assembly can be improved by tightening torque feedback and tightening mechanism control.
