摘 要:我国人造板工业每年消耗大量的工业面粉作为胶黏剂的填料。以资源丰富的玉米芯粉为主要原料,采用CaCl_(2)和Na_(2)CO_(3)两相无机盐溶液浸渍改性玉米芯粉,并作为脲醛树脂胶(UF)的填料制备胶合板。结果表明:采用CaCl_(2)和Na_(2)CO_(3)水溶液两次浸渍干燥工艺,成功地在玉米芯粉内部孔隙中形成碳酸钙微晶;250目的改性玉米芯粉在UF胶中分散均匀;改性玉米芯粉作为填料时,可以有效防止UF胶的预固化,同时起到明显的降稠作用;与面粉填料相比,改性玉米芯粉制备胶合板的胶合强度提高了18.8%,甲醛释放量降低27.1%。In China,the wood-based panel industry consumes a large amount of industrial-grade flour as the adhesive filler every year.In this paper,corn cob powder was modified by impregnating with CaCl_(2) and Na_(2)CO_(3) two-phase inorganic salt solution and used as UF filler for manufacturing plywood.The results showed that calcium carbonate microcrystals were successfully formed in the inner pores of corn cob powder by impregnating and drying calcium chloride and sodium carbonate aqueous solution twice.250 purposely modified corn cob powder was evenly dispersed in urea-formaldehyde glue.When the modified corn cob powder was used as filler,it effectively prevent UF glue from precuring and significantly reduced the viscosity.The adhesive strength of the plywood was increased by 18.8%and the formaldehyde emission was decreased by 27.1%.
