物流企业班组长职业能力维度构建研究

摘　　要：班组长职业素养与能力的提升对适应当前物流企业班组管理的新要求具有重要的意义。结合物流企业班组长工作实际,通过现有班组长胜任力研究、物流企业班组长访谈、物流从业人员资格认证要求等分析物流企业班组长职业能力标准,从个人素质、知识水平、通用职业能力、岗位专业技能等四个方面构建了物流企业班组长的职业能力维度,为物流企业班组长的培养培训、招聘选拔以及绩效考核等提供依据。The group leader in the logistics enterprise plays an important role.The improvement of group leader’s vocational competence has great significance in meeting the new demands for the current logistics group management.Through combining group leader’s practical working conditions,the research results of current group leader’s working competence,the interview results for the group leaders and the qualification demands for logistics employees,this essay analyzes the sources of vocational ability criteria for the group leaders in the logistics enterprises,thus concluding four aspects on the vocational ability dimension:personal quality,knowledge skill,common vocational ability and professional position skills.After classifying these four aspects,the detailed indexes are defined,which provide the reference for the training,employment and key performance indicators of the group leaders.
