摘　　要：目的:探寻幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性十二指肠溃疡患者实行艾灸治疗对胃泌素、炎症因子的影响。方法:我院选取2020年4月—2022年2月纳入幽门螺杆菌感染阳性十二指肠溃疡脾胃虚寒型患者60例进行研究,随机分为试验组和对照组各30例,对照组实行三联抗HP治疗,研究组基于对照组联合艾灸治疗,比对两组患者胃泌素及炎症因子变化情况、治疗效果、溃疡愈合率及中医证候有效率。结果:研究组患者胃泌素(GAS)、白介素6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平明显低于对照组,治疗有效率、溃疡愈合率及中医证候有效率高于对照组,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:HP阳性十二指肠溃疡患者实行三联抗HP联合艾灸治疗,能够减轻患者不适感,稳定机体功能,提升生活质量,实践价值较高。Objective:To explore the effect of moxibustion on gastrin and inflammatory factors in patients with HP positive duodenal ulcer.Methods:60 patients with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold type duodenal ulcer with positive helicobacter pylori infection were selected from Our hospital from April 2020 to February 2022.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(30 cases in each group).The control group was treated with triple anti-HP therapy,and the research group was treated with moxibustion therapy based on the control group.The changes of gastrin and inflammatory factors,therapeutic effect,ulcer healing rate and TCM syndrome efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of gastrin(GAS),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the treatment efficiency,ulcer healing rate and TCM syndrome efficiency rate were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Triple anti-HP combined with moxibustion therapy for patients with HP positive duodenal ulcer can relieve discomfort,stabilize body function and improve quality of life,which has high practical value.
