补气运脾汤对慢性胃炎患者炎性介质及胃肠激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨补气运脾汤对慢性胃炎患者炎性介质及胃肠激素水平的影响。方法:选择2018年8月至2020年4月于我院就诊的78例慢性胃炎患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为2组,各39例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,基于此,给予观察组补气运脾汤治疗,疗程1个月。对比两组治疗前、治疗1个月后炎性介质[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及白细胞介素-13(IL-13)]及胃肠激素水平(胃动素、胃泌素)。结果:两组治疗后TNF-α、IL-8、IL-13均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组胃动素水平高于治疗前,胃泌素水平均低于治疗前,且观察组胃动素水平高于对照组,胃泌素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补气运脾汤治疗慢性胃炎效果较好,可减轻炎症反应,调节胃肠激素水平,利于患者恢复。Objective:To investigate the effect of Buqi Yunpi Decoction on the levels of inflammatory mediators and gastrointestinal hormones in patients with chronic gastritis.Methods:A total of 78 patients with chronic gastritis who were treated in our hospital from August 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into 2 groups by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and based on this,the observation group was given Buqi Yunpi Decoction for 1 month.The inflammatory mediators[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-13(IL-13)]and gastric Gut hormone levels(motilin,gastrin).Results:After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-13 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of gastrin was higher than that before treatment,and the level of gastrin was lower than that before treatment,and the level of motilin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of gastrin in the control group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buqi Yunpi Decoction has a good effect in the treatment of chronic gastritis,which can reduce the inflammatory response,regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormones,and facilitate the recovery of patients.
