Accelerated experimental study on Astragalus radix decoction pieces in different packaging and storage conditions

摘  要:目的对黄芪进行不同包装贮藏条件的加速实验研究,考察其在贮藏过程中质量变化的规律。方法将包装好的黄芪饮片,放置于温度37℃,相对湿度(75±5)%的条件下保存。试验期间第1、2、3个月末各取样1次,进行稳定性考察,重点考察水分、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、黄芪甲苷含量3个指标。结果黄芪饮片加速3个月后,各组的水分含量升高,有效成分含量逐渐下降。除了非真空牛皮纸组的毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量不符合《中华人民共和国药典》要求,其余均在《中华人民共和国药典》规定的范围内。真空包装方法,毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、黄芪甲苷的含量塑料与铝箔之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。非真空包装方法,牛皮纸组的饮片含量最低,与非真空铝箔组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而同一种包装材料,真空组与非真空组之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论初步说明包装材料不同对黄芪饮片的稳定性会有一定影响。另外,各组毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷成分的总体下降量高于黄芪甲苷,说明黄芪甲苷成分较毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷性质稳定。Objective To conduct the accelerated experimental study on Astragalus radix decoction pieces in different packaging and storage conditions,and investigate the rule of quality changes during storage.Methods The packaged pieces of Astragalus radix decoction pieces were stored at 37℃,and(75±5)%relative humidity under the condition of preservation.During the experiment,samples were taken at the end of the first,second and third months of the experiment to evaluate the stability.The contents of moisture,pistil isoflavone glucoside,and astragaloside were investigated.Results After 3 months of acceleration of astragalus decoction pieces,the moisture content of each group increased,and the active ingredient content gradually decreased.The pistil isoflavone glucoside content of non-vacuum kraft group did not meet the pharmacopoeia requirements,the rest were within the range specified in the pharmacopoeia.There was no significant difference in the contents of plastic and aluminum foil between the two vacuum packaging methods(P>0.05).Among the non-vacuum packaging methods,the content of prepared pieces in kraft paper group was the lowest,which was significantly different from that in non-vacuum aluminum foil group(P<0.05).For the same packing material,there was no significant difference between the vacuum and non-vacuum groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Different packaging materials had a certain influence on the stability of Astragalus radix decoction pieces.In addition,the overall decrease of pistil isoflavone glycoside components in each group was higher than that of astragaloside,indicating that astragaloside was more stable than pistil isoflavone glycoside.
