摘 要:本文首先分析带连杆-弹簧并联结构的高静低动隔振器的静力学模型,得出高静低动隔振器的一阶刚度和三阶刚度表达式;其次,考虑斜置弹簧阻尼情况,利用有限元法建立起推进轴系-高静低动隔振器纵振隔振系统的动力学模型,运用谐波平衡法求解出系统的力传递率,并与采用龙格库塔法的数值解法进行对比验证;最后,结合船舶实际工况参数,分析其在叶频激励下隔振系统的隔振效果。分析结果表明,考虑斜置弹簧阻尼的高静低动隔振器隔振系统的低频隔振效果更好,随着高静低动隔振器的轴向阻尼增大,隔振系统在高频段的隔振效果变差。The statics model of high-static-low-dynamic stiffness(HSLDs)vibration isolator with connecting rod and three spring parallel structure was first analyzed in this paper,and the expression of the first and third order stiffness of the HSLDs vibration isolator was given.Then,the dynamic model for ship shafting with HSLDs vibration isolator considering oblique spring damper was established using FEM,and the force trans⁃missibility of the system obtained by the incremental harmonic balance(IHB)method was compared with that of the numerical method of Runge Kutta.Finally,the vibration isolation effect of the system under excitation of blade frequency was analyzed considering the working condition parameters of the ship.The analytical re⁃sults show that the ship shafting with HSLDs vibration isolator considering oblique spring damper has a bet⁃ter vibration reduction in low frequency,however,the vibration reduction becomes worse in high frequency band with the axial damper ratio increasing.
