摘　　要：实施创新驱动战略和供应链发展战略是改善产业链供应链创新生态、激发市场主体创新活力的重要途径。基于企业创新理论、供应链理论和效率理论,引入组织认同中介变量和差序氛围调节变量,利用中国西部陆海新通道沿线省份港口—腹地供应链问卷调查数据,采用层次回归分析法、拔靴法和有调节的中介效应模型,实证分析链主企业创新能力对供应链效率的影响及其作用机制。研究发现,链主企业创新能力对供应链效率具有正向影响,能通过科技赋能、产品创新、服务延伸等助力供应链效率变革;组织认同在链主企业创新能力与供应链效率的关系中起部分中介作用,即链主企业创新能力通过组织认同间接影响供应链效率;差序氛围不仅负向调节链主企业创新能力对组织认同的直接影响,而且负向调节链主企业创新能力通过组织认同对供应链效率的间接影响,即当差序氛围淡时,链主企业创新能力通过组织认同对供应链效率的间接效应更加显著。“双循环”新发展格局下,应把供应链效率变革作为一项系统工程,大力培育激发链主企业创新能力,充分发挥链主企业创新引领作用、链主企业与非链主企业的一体化联盟作用以及政府和行业协会对差序氛围的规范作用,为供应链效率变革提供新动能、营造新生态。The implementation of innovation-driven strategy and supply chain development strategy is the important means for China to improve the innovation ecology of industry chain and supply chain,and stimulate market main bodies to inspire the dynamic of innovation. Based on the theories of corporate innovation,supply chain,and efficiency,by introducing the regulated intermediary variable of organizational identification and differential atmosphere,and with the help of the survey data of porthinterland supply chain,and hierarchical regression,bootstrap methods and regulated intermediary effect model,the authors explore the impact of innovation ability of leading-chain-enterprise on supply chain efficiency and its mechanism. The results show that:first,the innovation ability of leading-chain-enterprise has a significant positive impact on the efficiency of supply chain,and it can promote changes in supply chain efficiency by sci-tech empower,innovation in products,and service extension;second,organizational identification plays the mediating role between the innovation ability of leading-chainenterprise and supply chain efficiency,i.e.,the innovation ability of leading-chain-enterprise affects the efficiency of supply chain through organizational identification;third, the differential atmosphere not only negatively moderates the direct relationship between the innovation ability of leading-chain-enterprise and organizational identification,but also negatively moderates the indirect relationship between the innovation ability of leading-chain-enterprise and supply chain efficiency through organizational identification,i.e.,with the low level of differential atmosphere,the indirect relationship between the innovation ability of leading-chain-enterprise and supply chain efficiency through organizational identification is more significant.
