摘  要:【目的】了解干旱胁迫对红树莓幼苗生长的影响,筛选抗旱能力强的红树莓品种。【方法】以3个红树莓品种‘海尔特兹’‘秋福’‘托拉蜜’的幼苗为材料,采用盆栽控水法,研究持续干旱胁迫下苗木生长和根系抗氧化酶活性的变化规律,采用隶属函数法对3个红树莓品种的抗旱性进行综合评价。【结果】干旱胁迫抑制了3个红树莓品种的生长,随着干旱胁迫的持续,株高生长量和单叶面积均逐渐减小,根冠比逐渐增大。胁迫处理25 d时,‘海尔特兹’‘秋福’‘托拉蜜’的株高生长量最小,分别较CK降低了66.96%、69.56%、66.32%,其单叶面积均显著低于CK。随着干旱胁迫的持续,‘海尔特兹’‘秋福’‘托拉蜜’根系的MDA含量不断增加,并在胁迫25 d时达最大值,分别较CK增加了36.04%、41.27%、37.92%。随着干旱胁迫的持续,根系的3种抗氧化酶活性(SOD、POD、CAT)均呈现先升高后下降的变化趋势。受不同时长干旱胁迫的3个红树莓品种幼苗经复水处理5 d后,其各项指标均有不同程度恢复。胁迫15 d的3个红树莓品种经复水处理5 d后,幼苗生长与正常供水条件下无明显差异;胁迫超过15 d的红树莓经复水后,无法恢复至正常状态。【结论】3个红树莓品种可忍耐15 d的干旱胁迫,胁迫超过15 d应及时灌水。3个红树莓品种按照抗旱性由强到弱排列依次为‘海尔特兹’‘秋福’‘托拉蜜’。【Objective】Understand the effect of drought stress on the growth of red raspberry seedlings and screen red raspberry cultivars with strong drought resistance.【Method】Using the seedlings of three red raspberry cultivars‘Heritage’‘Autumn Bliss’and‘Tulameen’as materials,the potted water control method was used to study the variation of seedling growth and root antioxidant enzyme activities under continuous drought stress.The membership function method was used to comprehensively evaluate the drought resistance of three red raspberry cultivars.【Result】Drought stress inhibited the growth of three red raspberry cultivars.With the intensification of drought stress,plant height increment and single leaf area decreased gradually,and the root shoot ratio increased gradually.After 25 days of treatment,the plant height increment of‘Heritage’‘Autumn Bliss’and‘Tulameen’was the smallest,which decreased by 66.96%,69.56%and 66.32%respectively compared with CK,and their single leaf area was significantly lower than CK.With the extension of drought stress time,the root MDA content of‘Heritage’‘Autumn Bliss’and‘Tulameen’increased continuously,and reached the maximum value at 25 days of stress,36.04%,41.27%and 37.92%higher than CK respectively.The activities of three antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT)increased at first and then decreased.The three red raspberry cultivar seedlings subjected to drought stress of different durations were rehydrated for 5 days,and all the indexes were recovered to different degrees.There was no significant difference between seedling growth and normal water supply condition after 5 days of rewatering for three red raspberry cultivars under 15 days stress.After rehydration of red raspberry with more than 15 days of stress,the plants could not return to normal state.【Conclusion】The three red raspberry cultivars could endure drought stress for 15 days and should be irrigated in time after 15 days.The order of drought resistance from strong to weak was‘Heri
