锻炼心理学视角下青少年心理健康的身体活动研究进展

摘　　要：以2000—2019年Web of Science(SCI-E、SSCI)核心合集数据库收录锻炼心理学领域的“青少年心理健康”和“身体活动”为主题的1028篇文献为数据来源,对青少年心理健康的身体活动研究领域的文献热点分布、焦点聚类、研究方法聚类整理归纳,结果表明:青少年心理健康的身体活动研究成果整体呈现递增的特征,体育科学的研究日益突显。屏幕时间、久坐行为、身体活动特征、锻炼者特征是学界研究的主要中介、调节变量。青少年心理健康的身体活动对青少年身心均有影响:心理层面的影响主要体现在情绪问题、压力、焦虑、自杀风险;身体层面的影响主要表现为健康、超重、睡眠、学校表现。研究方法上逐渐由横向研究向纵向研究发展。青少年心理健康的身体活动研究应该内容上侧重中介和调节变量研究、方法上注重长期追踪研究,整合形成更具说服力的研究成果。This paper takes 1028 articles on the theme of“adolescent mental health”and“physical activity”in the field of exercise psychology as data sources collected in the core collection database of Web of Science(SCI-E,SSCI)from 2000 to 2019,and summarizes the hotspots distribution,focus clustering and research methods clustering in the field of physical activity research.It shows that the research results of physical activity of adolescent mental health are increasing,and the research of sports science is becoming more and more prominent.Screen time,sedentary behavior,the characteristics of physical activity,and the characteristics of exerciser are the main intermediary and moderating variables in academic research.Physical activity of adolescents mental health has an impact on the body and mind of adolescents.The psychological impact is mainly reflected in four aspects:emotional problems,stress,anxiety,and suicide risk;and the physical impact is mainly manifested in four aspects:health,overweight,sleep quality,and performance in school.The research method has gradually developed from horizontal research to vertical research.Physical activity research on adolescent mental health should focus on mediating and moderating variables in content,and long-term follow-up research in method,so as to form more convincing research results.
