摘　　要：目的探讨上皮性卵巢癌组织中ALDH1、ErbB2表达及与其临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法选取50例卵巢癌患者,收集患者临床资料,RT-PCR检测组织ALDH1、ErbB2水平,分析其与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果ALDH1表达与患者年龄、肿瘤最大直径、肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结远处转移情况等无相关性(P>0.05),与FIGO分期有关(P<0.05);ErbB2表达与患者年龄、肿瘤最大直径、肿瘤分化程度等无相关性(P>0.05),与FIGO分期、淋巴结远处转移情况等相关(P<0.05)。单因素分析发现:FIGO分期、淋巴结远处转移、ALDH1、ErbB2表达是影响上皮性卵巢癌预后的因素(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示:FIGO分期、淋巴结远处转移、ALDH1、ErbB2表达是影响上皮性卵巢癌预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论上皮性卵巢癌组织中ALDH1、ErbB2表达与其临床病理特征有关,ALDH1、ErbB2表达可作为预测上皮性卵巢癌患者预后的标志物,具有重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the expression of ALDH1 and ErbB2 in epithelial ovarian cancer and its relationshipwith clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis.Methods 50 patients with ovarian cancer were selected.Collect the patient's clinical data,RT-PCR to detect the level of ALDH1 and ErbB2 in the tissues,and analyze its relationship with the clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis of the patient.Results The expression of ALDH1 in tissues was not statistically significant with clinicopathological characteristics such as patient age,maximum tumor diameter,tumor differentiation,and distant lymph node metastasis(P>0.05),and was statistically different from FIGO staging(P<0.05);ErbB2 expression was not statistically significant with clinicopathological characteristics such as patient age,tumor maximum diameter,tumor differentiation degree(P>0.05),and statistically different from FIGO staging and distant lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Univariate analysis found that FIGO staging,distant lymph node metastasis,ALDH1 and ErbB2 expression were factors affecting the prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that FIGO staging,distant lymph node metastasis,ALDH1 and ErbB2 expression were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion ALDH1 and ErbB2 in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues are related to clinicopathological characteristics.The expression of ALDH1 and ErbB2 can be used as biomarkers to predict the prognosis of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer,which has important clinical significance.
