摘　　要：颞下颌关节骨关节炎是古老但又具有挑战的临床常见疾病,挑战在于要明确颞下颌关节骨关节炎、颞下颌关节骨关节病及二者与颞下颌关节紊乱病之间的关系,要明确关节骨性结构各种病损间的关系并探索发病机制,要明确颞下颌关节骨关节炎的早期诊断和精确诊断,要能够进行有效和规范的治疗,本文针对以上内容进行逐一论述。Temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis is an ancient and challenging common disease in clinic.The challenge is clarifying the relationship among temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis,temporomandibular joint osteoarthrosis and temporomandibular disorders,understanding mutual influence among all bony structures′pathological lesions in the joint and exploring pathogenesis,making early diagnosis and accurate diagnosis,and giving effective and standard treatment.
