摘　　要：牙列拥挤是常见错畸形,磨牙远移在获取牙列间隙、稳定磨牙中性关系和避免有创性操作方面具有明显优势。本文从磨牙三维控制、位移表达率、支抗保护和稳定性4个方面评价无托槽隐形矫治技术远移磨牙的临床疗效,同时从无托槽隐形矫治器材料性能、正畸医师矫治方案设计、患者牙颌解剖条件及依从性几个方面探讨影响临床疗效的因素,以期为该技术的临床应用提供参考。Dental crowding is the most common malocclusion,and molar distalization possesses significant advantages in obtaining space,molar neutral relationship and avoiding invasive manipulation.The esthetic problem remains a major challenge for traditional molar distalization appliances.However,the advent of clear aligner technology has brought a new strategy for molar distalization.Accordingly,this review seeks to evaluate the clinical efficacy of molar distalization with clear aligners from the perspectives of three-dimensional control,displacement accuracy,anchorage protection and post treatment stability.Moreover,it aims to investigate the factors which affect the clinical efficacy with regard to material property of clear aligner,treatment planning and dentoskeletal characteristics and patient compliance,in order to provide guidance for the clinical application of the technique.
