摘 要:稻在环嵩山地区河南龙山文化至二里头文化时期应是一种较为高级的食物。不同聚落间浮选稻米种子数量、出土概率的差异在一定程度上是遗址等级的差异的体现。结合文献来看,稻米在先秦时期很可能作为贵族的日常食物,也常用于酿酒,参与到贵族生丧仪式的重要环节;平民则偶用于粥食,也可少量酿酒,此外,亦可在照顾老幼时作为易消化的精粮使用。为满足高等级聚落稻米的供应,在河南龙山文化至二里头时期很可能已经存在稻米生产的贡奉。Rice should be a high-grade food duri ng the period from Longshan culture to Erlitou culture in the rim of Mount Song area.Among different settlements,the differences in the number and the unearthed amount of rice seeds from flotation analysis probability are the embodiment of the difference of site grade to a certain extent.According to the historical documents,rice was probably used as the daily food of the nobility in the pre Qin period,and it was also commonly used in wine making.At the same time,rice played an important role in the birth and funeral rites of the nobility;For ordinary people,they occasionally use the rice for porridge and sometimes in small quantities for brewing.In addition to this,rice can be eaten as an easily digestible food when caring for the elderly and children.In order to meet the supply of rice in high-grade settlements,it is likely that the transport of rice from small settlements to larger ones already existed from Longshan culture to Erlitou period.
