摘　　要：免疫吸附可选择性清除致病抗体,目前在神经免疫性疾病中取得良好效果。致病抗体的类型和滴度对自身免疫性脑炎患者的临床症状和严重程度起重要作用。自身免疫性脑炎一线免疫治疗包括类固醇激素、静脉注射免疫球蛋白、血浆置换或免疫吸附。免疫吸附可选择性快速消除自身抗体,可作为多模式免疫治疗的一种选择。Immunoadsorption can selectively remove pathogenic antibodies and has recently achieved good results in neuroimmune diseases.The type and titer of pathogenic antibodies play an important role in the clinical symptoms and severity of patients with autoimmune encephalitis.First-line immunotherapy for autoimmune encephalitis includes steroids,intravenous immunoglobulin,plasma exchange or immunoadsorption.Immunoadsorption selectively and rapidly eliminates autoantibodies and can be an effective therapeutic option as part of multimodal immunotherapy.
