摘　　要：衣架反射是一种用普通铁丝衣架紧箍头部时,对额、颞或枕部施压时出现的不自主头颈部旋转或歪斜的现象,在人群中普遍存在。衣架反射符合肌张力障碍感觉诡计的特征,其在正常人中诱发的现象应被视为肌张力障碍的负性感觉诡计,其背后存在尚未揭示的运动障碍机制及治疗应用潜力,值得引起更多临床医师的关注。Hanger reflex is a common phenomenon in the population that involuntary head and neck rotation or skew occurs when applying pressure to the forehead,tempus or occipitalia with an ordinary wire hanger tightly around the head.The hanger reflex is consistent with the characteristics of sensory tricks in dystonia,and the phenomenon induced by it in normal people should be regarded as negative sensory tricks in dystonia.The mechanism of dystonia behind the hanger reflex and its therapeutic potential deserve more clinicians′attention.
