中医干预对H.pylori感染致胃痛患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的研究幽门螺旋杆菌(H.pylori)致胃痛护理中联合应用中医护理对其疾病认知度、复发率及生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2020年6月收治的H.pylori感染致胃痛患者为观察对象,按照信封密封法将102例分为对照组(n=51,常规护理)及观察组(n=51,中医护理)。比较2组患者干预后其疾病认知程度、复发率、胃液各指标及生活质量评分。结果观察组出院时对药物使用注意事项、疾病诱发因素、疾病治疗方法等方面认知度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PUDQ量表中溃疡感染疾病、情绪、社会功能评分比较均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在H.pylori感染致胃痛患者临床干预工作中实施中医护理,有效提升患者疾病认知程度,降低复发、提高患者未来生活质量意义重大,值得选用。Objective To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing on the disease awareness degree,H.pylori infection rate and life quality of patients with gastric pain caused by H.pylori infection.Methods A total of 102 patients with gastric pain caused by H.pylori infection who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were enrolled in the study.According to the envelope sealing method,the 102 patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional nursing,however,those in observation group were treated by TCM nursing.After the intervention,the disease awareness degree,H.pylori infection rate and life quality as well as gastric juice indexes were observed and compared between the two groups.Results At discharging from hospital,the awareness levels about the drug use precautions,disease predisposing factors,and disease treatment methods in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),however,the PUDQ scores of ulcer infection disease,emotion and social function in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM nursing in clinical intervention for the patients with gastric pain caused by H.pylori infection can effectively enhance patients’disease awareness degree,reduce recurrence rate,and improve the life quality of patients,therefore,it is worthy of clinical application.
