摘　　要：面对奥林匹克运动发展中存在的问题和改革诉求,国际奥委会采取一系列举措使奥林匹克运动成为当前全球体育领域推动可持续发展的典范。结合重要时间节点将国际奥委会促进可持续发展的演变历程划分为酝酿准备期、正式确立期、持续探索期和深化改革期4个阶段。面向2030年甚至更远的未来,国际奥委会将以长期战略及执行框架保证对可持续发展理念的贯彻。国际奥委会促进可持续发展的实践探索包括:基本模式从被动应对到主动创新,内在机制从单一零散到系统全面,实现路径从顶层设计到落地推进。借鉴国际奥委会促进可持续发展的经验,提出对推动我国奥林匹克运动可持续发展的启示:①借助北京双奥遗产,加强发展战略对接,形成协同发展合力;②挖掘中国特色亮点,加强经验交流互鉴;③强化支持辐射作用,促进各类体育协同发展;④构建共建共治体系,提升治理能力和水平。Facing the existing problems and reform demands in the development of the Olympic movement,IOC has taken a series of measures to promote sustainable development and become a model as such in the current global sports.The IOC's sustainability promotion can be divided into four stages:initial,establishment,continuous and reform.Especially for the future of 2030 and beyond,IOC has ensured the implementation of sustainable development with a long-term strategy and implementation framework.The IOC's promotion practices include the changes from passive response to active innovation,a comprehensive system and mechanism out of singleness,and a specific pathway from top-level design to practical implementation.The implications to promote the Olympic sustainable development in China are as follows:①strengthen the development strategy linkage to form joint forces with the legacy from Beijing"Double Olympics";②explore the specific Chinese highlights and strengthen mutual exchange;③improve the supportive role to help the collaboration of various sports;④build a co-construction and co-governance system to improve the governance capacity and level.
