摘  要:为了快速准确、经济地测定废弃荧光粉样品中的稀土金属含量,以三溴偶氮胂(TBA)为显色剂,采用分光光度法测定了废荧光粉中稀土金属的含量,并探究了缓冲溶液用量、显色剂用量及显色时间对吸光度的影响。结果表明,在盐酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中(pH=3),三溴偶氮胂能与稀土金属定量反应生成稳定络合物,在最大吸收波长636 nm处测定吸光度,稀土金属质量浓度在0.2~1.0μg/mL范围内符合朗伯-比尔定律,线性回归相关系数R^(2)=0.9992。该方法测定废弃荧光粉中稀土金属,相对标准偏差为1.17%,并与电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定结果相一致。加标回收实验结果显示稀土金属回收率在97.85%~101.01%,证明该法准确可靠,灵敏度高,适用于废弃荧光粉中稀土金属的测定。A high sensitive spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of the content of rare earth metals in waste fluorescent powder.The effects of buffer solution dosage,chromogenic agent dosage and chromogenic time on absorbance were investigated.The experimental results show that in hydrochloric acid-sodium acetate buffer solution(pH=3),arsine-tribromoazo can react with rare earth metal to form stable complex.The absorbance is measured at the maximum absorption wavelength of 636 nm The concentration of rare earth metal conforms to Lambert-Beer law in the range of 0.2~1.0μg/mL,and the Linear regression correlation coefficient R^(2)=0.9992.This method determination of rare earth metals in waste fluorescent powder,relative standard deviation is 1.17%,and the results are consistent with those determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The recovery rate of rare earth metals is 97.85%~101.01%,which indicated that the method is accurate,reliable and sensitiveIt is suitable for the determination of rare earth metals in waste phosphor.
