摘　　要：生物工程角膜主要用于角膜板层移植,以替代病变的角膜组织,促进角膜上皮再生及基质合成,其主要手术适应证为感染性角膜溃疡.本文报道采用生物工程角膜移植治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎合并角膜白斑病例一例.Bioengineering cornea used for lamellar keratoplasty holds significant efficacy,high safety and good prognosis in the treatment of severe corneal disorders,which may be used as a substitute when donor cornea is deficient.The most important characteristics to be considered for bioengineering cornea are suitable mechanical properties,biocompatibility,and transparency,which have been shown to mimic the human corneal extracellular matrix and enhance cell differentiation.Currently,the bioengineering corneal transplantation is the most common tissue equivalent in the treatment of infectious corneal ulcer.We reports here a case of bioengineering corneal transplantation for herpes simplex keratitis(HSK)complicated corneal leukoplakia.
