摘  要:为拓展电镀镍工艺在稀土永磁材料钕铁硼器件上的应用,针对镀镍工艺对钕铁硼磁体磁性能造成衰减的问题,进行了关于底层镀镍层对产品磁性能影响的研究。通过对钕铁硼磁器件底层镀镍工艺的调整,获得不同底层镀镍的镀层厚度,以磁器件磁通衰减作为判断镍镀层厚度对磁性能影响的衡量指标。试验结果得出:当底镍层过于薄时,对产品基体存在过度腐蚀,致使磁通衰减严重;随着底镍层厚度增大到一定合适范围,磁通衰减出现最小值;继续增大底镍层厚度后,因为镍的铁磁性属性,屏蔽磁性输出,进一步导致磁通衰减;底层镍镀厚度对磁通衰减的影响呈现出非线性梯度增大的趋势。In order to expand the application of nickel plating process in rare earth permanent magnet Nd-Fe-B devices,the influence of bottom nickel plating layer on the magnetic properties of products was studied in view of the attenuation of magnetic properties of Nd-Fe-B magnets caused by nickel plating process.By adjusting the process of nickel plating on the bottom of Nd-Fe-B magnetic devices,the thickness of nickel plating on different bottom layers is obtained.The magnetic flux attenuation of magnetic devices is used as a measure to judge the influence of nickel coating thickness on magnetic properties.The test results show that when the bottom nickel layer is too thin,there is excessive corrosion on the product matrix,resulting in serious magnetic flux attenuation.As the thickness of the bottom nickel layer increases to a certain appropriate range,the magnetic flux attenuation has the minimum value;after the thickness of the bottom nickel layer continues to increase,the magnetic output is shielded due to the ferromagnetic property of nickel,which further leads to the magnetic flux attenuation.The influence of bottom nickel plating thickness on flux attenuation shows a trend of nonlinear gradient increase.
