摘　　要：在大部分历史著作中,今人都把汉高祖刘邦视为没文化的平民经个人奋斗登上最高统治地位的幸运儿。事实上,刘邦的思想自他起义始即经历了脱胎换骨的艰难蜕变,他喜好的楚声汉舞和主持举行的祭祀仪式,以及叔孙通等人秉承其意旨创制的汉朝宫廷朝会礼乐,创造性地继承和发展了中华传统文化的主旋律和正能量,展现出西汉开国君主的礼乐文化观念。In most historical writings, Liu Bang is regarded by modern people as an uneducated ordinary people who was fortunate enough to rise to the highest ruling position through personal struggle. In fact, Liu’s thoughts since his uprising had experienced a dramatic transformation which thoroughly remoulded himself. His favorite Chu music and Han dance, the sacrificial ceremony presided over by him, as well as the rites and music of the court meeting of the Han Dynasty created by Shusun Tong and others in accordance with his intention, creatively inherited and developed the main melody and positive energy of Chinese traditional culture, and showed the cultural concept of ritual music of the founding emperor of the Western Han Dynasty.
