摘 要:教师生命自觉是教师个人生命意识的觉醒,形成了自我澄明的精神世界,在教育实践中形成自觉主动发展专业的状态,并能够体认和培育学生的“生命自觉”。教师的生命自觉有助于形成教师专业发展的内驱力,有助于培育学生的生命自觉,促成良好的教育发展状态。教师生命自觉的培育策略是:探索生命和教育的本质,驱动个人走向生命自觉;重视教育实践,搭建走向生命自觉的桥梁;扩展认知,提供走向生命自觉的能量。The life consciousness of teachers is the awakening of the awareness of teachers’ personal life’the formation of a self-explanatory spiritual world,the formation of a state of self-initiated professional development in educational practice,and the ability to recognize and cultivate students’ life consciousness. Life consciousness of teachers contributes to the internal drive of teachers’ professional development and to the cultivation of students’ self-awareness of life,which leads to a good condition of educational development. The strategies for cultivating teachers’ life consciousness are: exploring the nature of life and education to drive individuals toward life consciousness,emphasizing educational practices to build a bridge toward life consciousness,and expanding cognition to provide energy toward life consciousness.
