学生国际流动的影响因素及策略选择——基于中央高校与地方高校比较的视角

摘　　要：全球化浪潮之下,学生国际流动是高等院校国际化发展战略的核心内容。通过构建“制度与经费双保障、教师与课程国际化双支持”的学生国际流动影响因素模型,基于2019年中国高等教育国际化发展调查数据,研究地方高校在学生国际流动中的推动作用。研究发现,高校制度与经费保障对于地方高校来华留学和出国留学的学生规模均有显著的正向促进作用;地方高校学生的国际流动受到教师背景国际化和课程国际化的影响,海归教师在教学与师生互动中对学生国际视野与交流能力的培养会促进学生国际流动的发展,课程国际化则是地方高校促进学生国际流动的多元途径之一。Under the tide of globalization,international student movement(ISM) is the core of higher education institutions’ development strategy.This paper constructs a model of the factors affecting ISM of“University Regulation and Funding Guarantee,Teacher and Curriculum Internationalization Support”.Based on the data of the survey of the international development of China’s higher education in 2019,this paper studies the role of Chinese local universities in promoting international student movement.It is finds that the system and fund guarantee have a significant positive effect on the outward and inward movement of local university students.International student movement in local universities is influenced by the internationalization of teachers’ backgrounds and curriculum.The academic returnees’ cultivation of students’ international vision and communication ability promotes the development of international student movement.Curriculum internationalization is one of the multiple ways for local universities to promote international student movement.
