摘 要:面对近年来日益严峻的高校学生心理健康问题,英国从多方面加强学生心理健康保障。一是政府部门、高校监管机构、卫生部门、专业组织及高校通力协作,形成完善的学校外部支持体系。二是高校内部发展出成熟的学生心理健康保障策略:将学生作为设计和实施高校心理健康战略的核心、将高校整体打造为心理健康社区、将同伴支持作为学生心理健康保障的战略手段、将心理健康教育嵌入学生专业课程学习中。三是着眼于数字化保障,探索数字化技术在学生心理状态数据收集、心理问题预警、心理疾病诊疗、心理健康知识与高校保障经验传播等方面的应用。In the face of the increasingly serious mental health problems of university students in recent years,various aspects of students’ mental health security have been strengthened in the UK.Firstly,government departments,university regulatory institutions,health system,professional organizations and universities have worked together to form a sound external support system.Secondly,four key internal security strategies are emphasized by universities,including making students as the core of the design and implement the strategy of mental health,making university as a whole mental health community,making peer support as the powerful tools for the students’ mental health care,and embedding the mental health education in students learning of professional courses.Lastly,as digital security is increasingly important,more efforts are put in the digital technology application on data collection of students’ mental state,early warning of mental problems,diagnosis and treatment of mental diseases,dissemination of mental health knowledge and guarantee experience in universities.
