摘　　要：在分析月经生理的核心要素及月经发生的根本机制的基础上初步构建中医“月经生理”理论。该理论以肾气、天癸、胞宫、冲任督脉为基本要素,构建“天癸-胞宫”的天地一体的女性“孕育之器”,并揭示该器内在的升、降、出、入运行特征;阐明天地交泰的月经基础及雨露布施的氤氲的候规律;提出肾气为月经生理原动力,肾气维护胞宫“脏”之属性是实现月经生理的关键,并提出女性月经生理的气化学说。同时以天癸、脏腑、冲任为切入点,初步明确月经生理理论的辨析要点,以进一步推动月经生理理论的临床应用。By analyzing the core elements of menstrual physiology and the fundamental mechanism of menstruation,the theory of“menstrual physiology”in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has been initially constructed.In this theory,kidney qi,tiangui(天癸),uterus with appendages,and chong(冲),ren(任)and du mai(督脉)are taken as the basic elements,and the“tiangui-uterus with appendages”in the unity of heaven and earth is constructed as the container that harbors life,which is characterized by ascending,descending,exiting and entering.The menstrual basis on the junction of heaven and earth,as well as the rule densed with the donation of rain and dew are explained.It is proposed that the kidney qi is the motive force of menstrual physiology,and its function of protecting the zang(脏)of uterus with appendages is the key,based on which the qi transformation theory of menstrual physiology is preliminarily formulated.Simultaneously,by taking tiangui,zang fu(脏腑)and chong,ren as the entry points,the main issues of menstrual physiology theory are initially clarified,so as to further promote the clinical application of this theory.
