单纯上颌窦内提升术同期牙种植修复上颌后牙缺失骨高度不足患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析在上颌后牙缺失骨高度不足临床治疗中展开单纯上颌窦内提升术同期牙种植修复方案的临床效果。方法:收集2017年6月-2020年6月间进入某院接受治疗的上颌后牙缺失患者共106例作为观察对象,采用数字随机表法将其分为观察组和对照组各53例,对照组采用临床常规种植修复治疗,观察组通过上颌窦内提升术种植修复方案展开治疗,对比两组患者的治疗情况。结果:106例患者共植入种植体228颗,其中对照组112颗,观察组116颗。骨愈合期间,对照组1颗种植体于种植后第4周失败脱落,观察组种植体无脱落,两组种植体留存率分别为99.11%(1/112)和100.00%(0/116)(P>0.05),统计学差异不显著;治疗3个月后,两组患者种植体周围平均骨质增量和骨边缘丧失情况差异不显著;相较于对照组,观察组患者治疗时间、咀嚼功能恢复时间明显更短,且观察组中并发症的发生率也显著低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;观察组患者美观满意度为98.11%,对照组患者美观满意度为86.79%,观察组患者满意度明显更高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:于上颌后牙缺失骨高度不足患者临床治疗中展开上颌窦内提升种植修复方案,能有效增加种植体初期稳定性,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of restoration scheme with simple maxillary sinus internal lifting and dental implant during the same time in patients with maxillary posterior teeth loss and bone insufficient bone height.Methods:106 cases of patients with maxillary posterior teeth loss in a hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were selected for observation,according to the random number table method,these patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given clinical routine implant restoration treatment,and the observation group received the maxillary sinus internal lifting implant restoration treatment,then the treatment conditions between the two groups were compared.Results:A total of 228 implants were implanted in 106 patients,among them,there were 112 in the control group and 116 in the observation group.During bone healing,one implant in the control group was failed and fell off at the fourth week after implantation,and the implant in the observation group did not fall off.The implant survival rate was 99.11%(1/112) in the control group and 100.00%(0/116) in the observation group,respectively(P> 0.05),there was no statistically significant difference.After 3 months of treatment,there was no significant difference in the mean peri-implant bone gain and bone margin loss between the two groups.Compared with the control group,the treatment time and chewing function recovery time were obviously shorter in the observation group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was also significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The aesthetic satisfaction was 98.11% in the observation group and 86.79% in the control group,the satisfaction in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:The treatment of maxillary sinus internal lifting and dental implants for patients with maxillary
