稳定期精神分裂症患者血浆促炎因子水平与认知功能的相关研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨稳定期精神分裂症患者血浆促炎因子水平与认知功能。方法:选取2019年2月-2019年10月某院收治的稳定期精神分裂症患者35例为观察组,同时收集同期35例健康体检者为对照组,比较两组血浆促炎因子水平与认知功能。结果:观察组的肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)和白细胞介素12(IL-12)值均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组工作记忆、言语记忆、注意/警觉、处理速度、视觉记忆、推理问题解决、社会认知评分及总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),观察组TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、IL-12与认知功能总评分之间呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:稳定期精神分裂症患者炎性因子水平升高,导致神经元受损,对患者的MATRICS认知评估系统(MCCB)评分造成了一定程度上的影响,如果能够有效控制炎症有助于缓解患者的精神症状,改善认知功能,减轻患者的家庭负担。Objective:To investigate the levels of plasma pro-inflammatory factors and cognitive function in patients with stable schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 35 patients with stable schizophrenia admitted to a hospital from February 2019 to October 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 35 healthy patients during the same period were collected as the control group.The plasma pro-inflammatory factors levels and cognition were compared between the two groups.Results:The values of tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin 1β(IL-1β),interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin 8(IL-8) and interleukin 12(IL-12) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The working memory,verbal memory,attention/alertness,processing speed,visual memory,reasoning problem solving,social cognitive scores and total score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01),and there was a negative correlation between TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,IL-12 and the total score of cognitive function in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of inflammatory factors in patients with stable schizophrenia is increased,which leads to neuron damage,and has a certain degree of impact on the patient’s MATRICS Cognitive Evaluation System(MCCB) score.If the inflammation can be effectively controlled,it can help relieve patients’ mental symptoms,improve cognitive function,and reduce the patient’s family burden.
