上颌窦内提升术在上颌后牙区严重骨萎缩患者种植修复中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:研究上颌窦内提升术在种植修复中的价值。方法:选择某院2020年3月-2021年1月纳入的上颌后牙区严重骨萎缩患者96例,按随机数字表法划分为提升组和口腔组各48例,提升组开展上颌窦内提升术,口腔组采用口腔种植手术植入种植体,比较两组治疗结果。结果:提升组骨结合以及种植体周边软组织状况优于口腔组(P<0.05),且两组并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前两组的QOL评分相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后提升组各评分均高于口腔组(P<0.05)。结论:上颌窦内提升术在种植修复中效果突出,可缩短愈合时长,并提高骨吸收量,预防严重并发症出现,提升生活质量。Objective:To investigate the value of maxillary sinus internal lifting in implant repair.Methods:96 patients with severe bone atrophy in the posterior maxillary region treated in a hospital from March 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 48 patients in each group.The lifting group was given maxillary sinus internal lifting,and the oral group was given implant placement in oral implant surgery,then the treatment outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results:Synosteosis and soft tissue status around the implant were better in the lifting group than in the oral group(P0.05).There was no significant difference in QOL score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but the score in the lifting group was higher than that in the oral group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maxillary sinus internal lifting has a prominent effect in implant repair,which can shorten the healing time,improve the amount of bone resorption,prevent the incidence of serious complications,and improve the quality of life.
