氨磺必利、奥氮平治疗对首发精神分裂症患者血清泌乳素和PANSS、MCCB、WMS-RS评分及不良反应发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨氨磺必利、奥氮平治疗对首发精神分裂症患者的治疗效果。方法:选取首发精神分裂症患者50例,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组采用氨磺必利治疗,观察组采用奥氮平治疗,比较两组治疗前后血清泌乳素和PANSS、MCCB、WMS-RS评分及不良反应发生率。结果:对照组治疗后RPL水平高于观察组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后MCCB评分中连线测试、操作速度与工作记忆评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后E_(2)、TESTO水平与PANSS与WMS-RS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组震颤发生率低于对照组,肝功能异常与嗜睡发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:首发精神分裂症治疗中氨磺必利、奥氮平均可取得较好的治疗效果,相较之下奥氮平可使患者机体血清PRL水平降低。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of amisulpride and olanzapine in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia. Methods: 50 patients with first-episode schizophrenia were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with amisulpride, and the observation group was treated with olanzapine. The serum prolactin, PANSS, MCCB, WMS-RS and TESS scores before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The RPL level of the control group was higher than that of the observation group after treatment(P<0.05). The wiring test, operation speed, and working memory scores in MCCB scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in E_(2), TESTO levels, PANSS and WMS-RS scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05). The incidence of tremor in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the incidence of liver dysfunction and somnolence was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Amisulpride and olanzapine can achieve better therapeutic effect in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia, and olanzapine can reduce the serum PRL level of patients.
