摘　　要：全员、全过程、全方位育人(简称“三全育人”)是现代高等教育的要求。建立“三全育人”长效机制,实现思政教育与创新能力培养的有机融合是新形势下人才培养的质量保障。本文以《有机化学》课程为例,结合山东省一流课程建设,阐述了教学团队在教学内容、教学模式和考核方式三方面所做改革以及在实现“三全育人”方面的初步探索,以期为优质课程建设、高水平创新型人才培养做出贡献。Full-staff,whole-process and all-round education(referred to as“three-wide education”)is the requirements of modern high education.Establishing a long-term education system,integrating of ideological and political education with the training of innovation ability is the quality guarantee of talent education under the new situation.Organic Chemistry was chosen as an example.Combined with the construction of first-class courses of Shandong province,the reform of teaching contents,teaching modes and assessment modes were discussed together with the preliminary exploration in“three-wide education”.It was hoped to contribute to the construction of high-quality courses and the cultivation of high-level innovative talents.
