摘 要:为探究评价树脂包膜尿素(PCU)养分释放性能的适宜方法,在肥包埋置法的基础上,比较分析了失重法和凯氏定氮法两种测定PCU田间氮素释放动态方法的准确性和简便性,并采用Richards模型进行拟合,比较两种方法在不同条件下的氮素养分释放特征参数差异。结果表明,失重法和凯氏定氮法测定的PCU氮素释放动态曲线变化趋势基本一致,均呈慢—快—缓的“S”型,两种方法测定结果均可以表征PCU氮素释放动态,失重法步骤简便、可操作性强,凯氏定氮法则更为精确。Richards模型参数表明,相比于基施,PCU在返青期追施的氮素释放平均速率、最大速率均增大,释放有效期缩短,且最大释放速率出现的时间提前;在氮素释放渐释期、快释期和缓释期,于返青期追施PCU均表现出释放速率增大,释放期缩短的趋势。Richards模型能很好地拟合PCU的田间氮素释放动态,对分析其氮素释放特征和促进肥料氮素供应和作物生长养分需求匹配方面具有重要作用。In order to explore the suitable method for evaluating the nutrient release performance of polymercoated urea(PCU),the accuracy and simplicity of the two methods(weight loss method and Kjeldahl method)for determination of nitrogen release dynamic of PCU in field are compared based on fertilizer packet embedding method.Richards equation is also used to analyze the difference of nitrogen release characteristic parameters between the two methods under different conditions.The results show that the variation trend of nitrogen release curve of PCU measured by weight loss method and Kjeldahl method is similar,which shows a slow-fast-slight of“S”shape.The results of the two methods can both characterize the dynamics of nitrogen release from PCU.The procedure of weight loss method is simple and operable,while Kjeldahl method is more accurate.The parameters of Richards equation show that compar with basal application,the average and maximum nitrogen release rates of PCU applied at re-greening stage are increased,but the release period is shortened,and the time of maximum nitrogen release rate appeared earlier.At the slow-release,fast-release and slight-release period,PCU applied at re-greening stage also increases the release rate and shortened the release period.Richards equation can well fit the dynamics of nitrogen release of PCU in field,which plays an important role in analyzing the characteristics of nitrogen release of PCU and promoting the matching of fertilizer nitrogen supply and crop growth nutrient demand.
