摘 要:针对现有实验室刨花施胶装置效率低、成本高等问题,以实验室用刨花施胶干燥连续试验平台的结构组成及工作原理为基础,设计了一种分步式脉冲喷胶装置。首先建立分步喷胶的工艺流程并设计其关键部件,然后选用喷胶气流压力、脉冲宽度调制(PWM)占空比、PWM周期为试验因素,喷胶量为指标,进行二次正交旋转组合试验并建立回归模型,结果显示喷胶量最大的参数组合为:喷胶气流压力0.53 MPa、PWM占空比83%、PWM周期2000 ms,验证试验表明实际喷胶量与回归模型理论喷胶量的平均相对误差为1.51%。该装置有效提高了实验室制备刨花板工艺流程中的施胶效率和精度,有助于日常教学和实验。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high cost of the existing laboratory particle gluing equipment,a stepwise pulse gluing device is designed based on the structural composition and working principle of continuous gluing and drying test platform for laboratory particle board.Firstly,technical process of stepwise gluing is set up,and key components of the device are elaborated.Then,using gluing quantity as the evaluation index,the quadratic rotation-orthogonal combination test is carried out with gluing air pressure,duty cycle of PWM(pulse width modulation)and PWM period as test factors and the regression model is established.The results show that the combination of parameters achieving the maximum amount of glue injection is as follows:the gluing air pressure 0.53 MPa,the duty cycle of PWM 83%and the PWM period 2000 ms.The verification test shows that the average relative error between the actual amount of glue injection and the theoretical amount of glue injection of the regression model is 1.51%.The device effectively improves the sizing efficiency and accuracy in the process of particleboard preparation in laboratory,which is helpful for daily teaching and experiment.
