摘　　要：针对高校实验室安全管理中人员安全意识薄弱、安全培训形式化、危化品管理不具体等问题,该文首先利用鱼刺图分析高校实验室在人员和物品的安全准入和安全准出的现状,然后结合PDCA理论,设计并开发实验室安全准入与准出闭环管理系统。系统从实验室人的安全意识和安全行为、物的安全状态、环境因素等方面综合考虑,涵盖人员与物品的双准入和双准出,将实验室安全准入与准出的过程步骤化,增强师生安全意识,完善实验室安全管理状态,提高实验整体安全管理水平。Aiming at the problems of weak safety awareness of personnel,formalization of safety training and unspecific management methods of hazardous chemicals in the safety management of university laboratories,this paper first analyzes the current situation of safety access and safety out of personnel and articles in university laboratories by using the fishbone diagram,and then combined with PDCA theory,a closed-loop management system for laboratory safety access and safety out is designed and developed.The system comprehensively considers the safety awareness and safety behavior of laboratory personnel,the safety state of objects,and environmental factors,and covers the double access and double access of personnel and objects.The process of laboratory safety access and access is step-by-step,so as to enhance the safety awareness of teachers and students,improve the laboratory safety management status,and improve the overall safety management level of the experiment.
