摘 要:为实现风管生产工艺的机械化、自动化,提升风管质量与生产效率,本文提出一种建筑通风管道镀锌风管自动化加工方法。架构风管自动化加工流程控制系统,分析直风管边长规格、直线总长、弯头参数、变径参数等数据,采用矩阵形式处理并记录此类数据,完成风管自动化加工。通过现场实验分析,验证了经本文方法加工得到的风管漏风量符合国家标准,在风管咬合缝涂抹密封胶后,漏风量明显下降,与以人力为主的传统加工工艺对比,发现本文方法在制作阶段和安装阶段,均降低了成本投入,增加了经济效益。In order to realize the mechanization and automation of air duct production process,and improve the quality and production efficiency of air duct,this paper proposes an automatic processing method for galvanized air duct of building ventilation duct.The automatic processing process control system of air duct is constructed,and the data of side length specification,straight line length,elbow parameters and diameter changing parameters of straight air duct are analyzed,and the data are processed and recorded in matrix form to complete the automatic processing of air duct.Through the field experimental analysis,it is verified that the air leakage of the air duct processed by this method meets the national standard.After the sealant is applied to the air duct bite joint,the air leakage rate decreases obviously.Compared with the traditional processing technology which mainly relies on manpower,it is found that this method reduces the cost investment and increases the economic benefits in the production and installation stages.
