一校多区环境下图书馆一体化管理体系研究

摘　　要：在分析国内多校区图书馆在战略规划、管理模式、组织和人员、业务及信息化等管理工作存在缺陷的基础上,提出了一校多区环境下图书馆一体化管理体系的内涵和框架,主要包括战略定位、管理模式、组织及人力资源管理、业务及信息化等4个层次,最后重点解析了建设该体系的关键任务,即战略制定与执行、管理模式选择、组织及人力资本协同、业务优化及信息化建设等。Based on the analysis of the disadvantages existing in the management of strategic planning,management models,organization and personnel,business and informationization,this paper puts forward the concept and framework of the integrated management system of multi-campus libraries,which includes four levels of strategic positioning,management mode,organization and human resource management,business and informatization,finally,analyzes the keys to construct this system from four aspects of strategy formulation and implementation,management mode selection,organization and human capital coordination,business optimization and informationization construction.
