摘　　要：新安郑氏喉科为新安医学的杰出代表之一,在清代“白喉”大规模流行而诸医束手无策之际,精研古籍,博采众长,采取辨证施治,创养阴清肺一法应用于临床,一改治疗白喉一证无方无法的情况,开创了中医喉科治疗白喉之先河。基于此,作者提出发挥中医药治疗疫病的独特优势,深度介入疫情防控,对于新冠疫情防控,具有十分重要的意义。并进一步提出,新安医学现代研究应当努力突破 “瓶颈”,古为今用,走文献研究(基础研究)、临床实践(应用研究)及产业化开发(科研成果转化)相结合的道路。Xin’an Zheng’s Laryngology is one of the outstanding representatives of Xin’an Medicine.When "diphtheria" became widespread in the Qing Dynasty and doctors were helpless,they carefully studied ancient books,learned from others’ strengths,adopted syndrome differentiation and treatment,and applied the method of nourishing yin and clearing the lungs to clinical practice,changing the situation that there is no cure for diphtheria.Created a precedent for the treatment of diphtheria in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on this,the author proposes that it is of great significance for the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic to give full play to the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of epidemic diseases and to deeply intervene in epidemic prevention and control.It is further proposed that the modern research of Xin’an Medicine should strive to break through the "bottleneck",use the past for the present,and take the road of combining literature research (basic research),clinical practice (applied research) and industrial development (transformation of scientific research results).
