摘 要:原满装向心轴承圆周总间隙及锁量计算方法由于假设滚动体相切点均布在其节圆直径上,存在一定的误差,在原计算方法的基础上根据几何关系推导出圆周总间隙及锁量的精确计算方法,并确定了滚动体节圆直径范围。最后以3005,3072,3096满装圆柱滚子轴承为例分析,圆周总间隙及锁量计算值与实测值无误差,说明了计算方法的正确性。The original calculation methods for total circumferential clearance and self-locking amount of full complement radial bearings have certain errors due to assumption that the tangent points of rolling elements are evenly distributed on pitch diameter. On the basis of original calculation methods, the accurate calculation method for total circumferential clearance and self-locking amount is derived according to geometric relationship, and the range for pitch diameter of rolling element is determined. Finally, taking 3005, 3072, 3096 full complement cylindrical roller bearings as examples for analysis, the calculated values of total circumferential clearance and self-locking amount have no error with the measured values, showing the correctness of the calculation method.
