摘　　要：产学合作人才培养模式是职业教育改革创新重要的切入点。“立德树人”是高职教育的根本任务。顺应新时代人才培养需求,我们尤其要重视高职学生的综合素质的培养和提升。高职学生不仅要具备扎实的专业知识和技能,还要具备良好的职业素养。为此,产学合作人才培养模式下的高职学生思政教育工作创新研究显得尤为必要和迫切。本文从形式、内容、方法、深度等方面思考了在这种模式下的高职学生思政教育工作创新,并提出了有效的实施途径。The talent training mode of industry-university cooperation is an important entry point for the reform and innovation of vocational education. “Building morality and cultivating people” is the fundamental task of higher vocational education. To meet the new needs of talent training, we should pay attention to the cultivation of higher vocational students’ comprehensive quality. Higher vocational students should have solid professional knowledge and skills, but also have good professional quality. Therefore, it is particularly necessary and urgent to study the innovation of higher vocational students’ ideological and political education under the mode of industry-university cooperation. This paper considers the effective implementation ways of ideological and political education from the aspects of modality, content, method and depth.
