摘　　要：随着网络技术的发展,自媒体时代已经到来,现在人人都可以做自媒体,掌握网络舆论的导向,而信息的多样性也使得学生思想工作在大量网络信息影响下发生一定影响,从而导致高校思想工作在开展期间面临诸多难题。由于媒介时代逐步渗透到高校教学管理中,故高校宣传思想工作要想提升宣传效果,就应顺应时代潮流,认清当前媒体的特点,在宣传思想工作中积极融合自媒体手段,进而在探索中不断寻找新的出路。With the development of network technology, the era of “We Media” has arrived. Now everyone can do “We Media” and grasp the guidance of network public opinion. And the diversity of information also makes students’ ideological work affected under the influence of a large number of network information, leading to many problems facing ideological work in universities during its development. As the era of media has gradually penetrated into the teaching management of colleges and universities, in order to improve the propaganda effect, the ideological work of colleges and universities should conform to the trend of the times, recognize the characteristics of the current media, actively integrate We Media means in the propaganda and ideological work, and then constantly find a new way out in the exploration.
