摘 要:目的研究口腔种植技术在牙周病患者中的临床应用及价值。方法选取无锡市第二中医医院口腔科2020年1月—2021年10月收治的牙周病患者76例为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组(n=38)给予牙周基础治疗,观察组(n=38)在对照组基础上实施口腔种植技术,比较两组的治疗总有效率,治疗前后牙周指标、咀嚼效率改善情况和疼痛情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.37%,高于对照组78.95%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.537,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组菌斑指数、探诊深度、龈沟出血指数、咀嚼效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的菌斑指数(1.13±0.43)、探诊深度(2.60±1.10)mm、龈沟出血指数(1.95±0.62)、咀嚼效率(84.03±6.83)%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=3.731、4.765、5.055、6.905,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分(2.28±0.32)分,低于对照组(3.02±0.38)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.182,P<0.05)。结论牙周病患者的临床治疗中实施口腔种植技术下的种植牙修复治疗能够改善牙周健康,提高牙齿咀嚼效率,减轻牙周疼痛,且临床疗效显著。Objective To study the clinical application and value of oral implant technology in patients with periodon⁃tal disease.Methods A total of 76 patients with periodontal disease who were admitted to the department of stomatol⁃ogy in Wuxi Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=38)was given basic periodontal treatment.The observation group(n=38)was implemented oral implant technology on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment,periodontal indicators,chewing efficiency improvement and pain conditions be⁃fore and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.37%,which was higher than that of the control group 78.95%,the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(χ^(2)=4.537,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in plaque index,probing depth,gingival sulcus bleeding index and chewing efficiency between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the plaque index(1.13±0.43),probing depth(2.60±1.10)mm,gingival crevicular bleeding index(1.95±0.62),and chew⁃ing efficiency(84.03±6.83)%in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.731,4.765,5.055,6.905,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the ob⁃servation group was(2.28±0.32)points,which was lower than that of the control group(3.02±0.38)points,the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(t=9.182,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with periodontal disease,the implementation of dental implant restoration treatment under oral implant technology can improve peri⁃odontal health,improve the efficiency of teeth chewing,and relieve periodontal pain,and the clinical treatmen
