经皮穿刺三叉神经半月节微球囊压迫术治疗三叉神经痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究经皮穿刺三叉神经半月节微球囊压迫术治疗三叉神经痛的临床效果。方法选择重庆市东南医院在2019年3月-2021年3月收治的100例三叉神经痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法进行对照研究,对照组(n=50)采用常规疗法,观察组(n=50)采用经皮穿刺三叉神经半月节微球囊压迫术治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率、疼痛评分、生活质量评分、球囊溶剂、压迫时间、球囊形状及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率94.0%高于对照组78.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.316,P<0.05);观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组球囊溶剂、压迫时间较对照组更多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组球囊形状中梨形优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三叉神经痛患者通过经皮穿刺三叉神经半月节微球囊压迫术进行治疗,能够有效提升临床疗效,改善疼痛。Objective To study the clinical effect of percutaneous trigeminal semilunar ganglion microballoon com⁃pression in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.Methods A total of 100 patients with trigeminal neuralgia who were admitted to Chongqing Dongnan Hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study,and the random number table method was used to conduct a controlled study.The control group(n=50)was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group(n=50)was treated with percutaneous trigeminal nerve semilu⁃nar ganglion microballoon compression.The total effective rate,pain score,quality of life score,balloon solvent,com⁃pression time,balloon shape and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effec⁃tive rate of patients in the observation group was 94.0%higher than that in the control group,which was 78.0%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.316,P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life score of the observa⁃tion group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The con⁃trol group had more,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The balloon shape of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Trigeminal neu⁃ralgia patients treated with percutaneous trigeminal semilunar ganglion microballoon compression can effectively im⁃prove clinical efficacy and improve pain.
