权利兴起中的心理机制——一种社会心理学路径的阐释

摘　　要：权利兴起的过程首先是权利心理的形成过程。权利心理在根本上是一项个体心理活动,同时也是一项社会情境下的群体心理状态,所以需要在个体与社会的互动层面上来研究权利心理基础的形成。个体的行为和心理在社会生活中具有一定的模式化倾向,这使得个体间权利心理的顺畅沟通具备可能。在个体沟通过程中,权利诉求信息得以汇集并在社会宏观层面产生去个性化的效果,最终形成社会心理的雏形。个体的权利心理受到社会的影响会产生社会助长和社会抑制的情形,而群体压力和制度压力则维持了二者之间的平衡,并促成个体权利心理与社会权利心理的反复而持续的互动,权利的心理基础在其中得以形成并逐渐成熟。The process of emerging rights is the formation of rights psychology.The rights psychology is not only an individual psychological activity,but also a group psychological state in a social context.Therefore,it is necessary to study the formation of the psychological foundation of rights on the level of interaction between individuals and society.The behavior and psychology of individuals have a certain pattern tendency in social life,which makes the smooth communication of rights psychology among individuals possible.In the process of individuals communication,the information of right claims can be collected,which will produce a de-personalized effect at the macro level of society,and finally form the embryonic form of social psychology.Influenced by the society,the individual’s right psychology will produce social encouragement and social inhibition,while group pressure and system pressure will maintain the level between them,and form the repeated and continuous interaction between individual rights psychology and social rights psychology,so that the psychological foundation of rights can be formed and gradually mature.
