普及化阶段河南高等教育发展特点研究及高质量发展对策分析

摘　　要：2020年河南高等教育毛入学率达到51.86%,较全国晚一年进入普及化阶段。与世界发达国家和地区的高等教育普及化及我国整体高等教育普及化特征相比,迈入普及化阶段的河南高等教育具有普及化时间滞后、普及化程度偏低、普及化质量不高的诸多弱点和不足。普及化阶段的河南高等教育面临新的机遇与挑战,需要深入思考、积极应对,统筹好规模、质量、效率,推动河南高等教育高质量发展。Gross enrolment rate of higher education in Henan Province in 2020reached 51.86,compared with a year in the popularization stage of the National night.With the popularization of higher education in developed countries and regions of the world and compared to the characteristics of higher education popularization in China,into the popularization stage of higher education in Henan with the popularization of time delay,low degree of popularity,universal low quality of many of the weaknesses and deficiencies.The popularization stage of higher education in Henan Province facing new opportunities and challenges,the need for deep thinking,coping,and attached scale,quality,efficiency,promote the development of Henan higher education quality.
