摘　　要：知识创新是当下推动社会经济发展的重要引擎。高等学校作为科技研发与教学的阵地,是知识产权创造、保护、管理和运用的重要主体。为规范高校知识产权管理工作,2017年,《高等学校知识产权管理规范》正式出台,然而国内大部分高职院校对贯彻实施《高等学校知识产权管理规范》(简称“贯标”)工作仍缺乏必要重视,部分高职院校甚至尚未建立健全知识产权管理制度。随着国家对职业教育改革的力度空前加大,高职院校对提高自身知识产权保护与管理的需求愈发迫切。以广东省首家通过知识产权贯标认证的高职院校——广东职业技术学院为例,就贯标过程的4个阶段重点任务展开论述,以期探究高职院校贯标实践管理的问题和方法。Knowledge innovation is an important engine to promote social and economic development. As the front of scientific research and teaching,colleges and universities are the important subjects of intellectual property creation,protection,management and application. In order to standardize the intellectual property management in colleges and universities,the Intellectual Property Management for Higher Education Institutions was officially issued in 2017. However,most higher vocational colleges in China still lack necessary attention to the implementation of the Intellectual Property Management for Higher Education Institutions(referred to as “standard implementation”),and some higher vocational colleges have not even established and improved the intellectual property management system. With the unprecedented strengthening of the national vocational education reform,higher vocational colleges have an increasingly urgent need to improve their intellectual property protection and management. Taking Guangdong Polytechnic, the first higher vocational college in Guangdong Province to pass the certification of intellectual property standard implementation, as an example, this paper discusses the key tasks in the four stages of the standard implementation process, in order to explore the problems and methods of standard implementation practice management in higher vocational colleges.
