摘 要:为了满足小型旅游城镇的交通需求,提出考虑用户盈余即社会效益的路网优化设计方法。从小型旅游城镇的交通特点出发,建立了双层规划模型对小型旅游城镇的路网优化问题进行研究。上层以用户盈余最大为目标,考虑道路的实际通行能力,以道路占地面积、路段饱和度、车道数以及投资金额作为约束条件;建立下层平衡分配模型,并使用超量需求法对其进行处理优化。并设计了基于遗传算法的求解算法。算例结果表明:优化模型在道路占地面积比例、各路段饱和度均处于合理区间内,路网整体更加稳定均衡的同时,能显著提高小型旅游城镇路网整体的用户盈余,对小型旅游城镇的路网优化建设有一定的参考价值。In order to meet the traffic demand of small tourist towns, a road network optimization design method considering user’s surplus(social benefit) is proposed. Starting from the traffic characteristics of small tourist towns, a two-level programming model is established to study the road network optimization problems of small tourist towns. The upper level aims to maximize user surplus, considers the actual traffic capacity of the road, and takes road area, section saturation, number of lanes, and investment amount as constraints;the lower level balance distribution model is established, and the excess demand method is used for optimization. The solving algorithm is designed based on genetic algorithm. The results of the calculation show that the optimized model is within a reasonable range for the proportion of road area and the saturation of each road section, and the overall road network is more stable and balanced. At the same time, it can significantly increase the overall user surplus of the road network of small tourist towns. The optimized construction of road network has certain reference value.
