摘  要:为了研究船舶推进器低频宽带辐射噪声的激励源特性,本文采用相关方法对一模型十叶桨在格栅湍流下产生的脉动推力宽带谱进行了计算,评估了不同工况下脉动推力中各成分的相对量级,与实验测试结果的对比验证了计算方法的可靠性。并从螺旋桨的运行工况、来流特性和桨叶自身几何参数3个方面入手对宽带非定常力演变特性进行了研究,结果表明:相似工况下叶频宽带峰幅值与转速的二次方近似成线性关系;临界积分尺度与桨叶数呈反比;纵倾无法降低宽带非定常力,而多项式的侧斜角分布较线性分布对于叶频宽带峰的控制效果更好。To study the characteristics of the excitation source of low-frequency broadband noise radiated from a ship propeller, the broadband spectra of the unsteady thrust of a model-10 blade propeller induced by grid turbulence are calculated using the correlation method. Under various conditions, the relative magnitudes of each component in the total unsteady thrust are evaluated. The accuracy of the correlation method is validated by comparing the experimental results. Based on this method, the evolution characteristics of the broadband unsteady force response of the propeller are investigated from three perspectives: operating conditions, flow characteristics, and propeller geometry. Results show that, first, the amplitude of broadband hump at blade passing frequency is approximately linear to the quadratic power of the rotation speed under similar operating conditions;second, the critical integral scale is inversely proportional to the number of blades;third, the unsteady broadband force cannot be reduced by rake, and the lateral oblique angle distribution of polynomial is better than that of linear distribution in controlling the broadband peak of blade frequency.
