摘 要:针对当前高等教育体系内存在的教育缺乏因材施教、优质网课教学缺少营销手段、课堂笔记记录降低听课效率、课堂教学质量评估体系不完善、教师因行政不堪重负等问题,本文提出了人工智能的解决方案。这些方案包括基于专家系统的方案及基于机器学习中的语音识别和图像识别的方案,并阐述了各方案的原理及其在具体教育场景下的系统建设步骤与工作流程,并对方案中的关键节点进行了技术分析与可行性验证,以保证整体方案可实施性。人工智能方案可以解决以上不足,赋能高等教育。Many problems exist in the higher education system,such as the lack of individualized teaching,lack of marketing means for high-quality online courses,decrease of the efficiency of taking notes in class,imperfect evaluation system of teaching quality,and overwhelmed administrative burden of teachers.This paper provides artificial intelligence as the solution,which includes schemes based on expert systems and speech recognition and image recognition using machine learning.This paper describes the principle of each scheme and its system construction steps and workflow in specific educational scenarios,as well as conducts technical analysis and feasibility verification on the key nodes of the scheme to ensure the implementation of the overall scheme.Therefore,the solutions are expected to address these pain points and empower higher education.
