健身人群运动成瘾对进食障碍倾向的影响:运动动机的中介作用

摘　　要：探讨健身人群运动成瘾对进食障碍倾向的影响,以及运动动机在二者之间的中介作用。方法:使用运动成瘾量表、运动动机量表和进食量表对乌鲁木齐市6所健身房采取578名健身人群进行测试。运用SPSS24.0对所采集的数据进行相关和回归分析以实现相关指标、维度的对比,并构建了回归模型和路径模型。结果显示运动成瘾、运动动机和进食障碍倾向均存在显著正相关关系;运动动机在运动成瘾与进食障碍倾向中起到中介作用。结果表明:患有运动成瘾的健身人群通常会伴随着不健康的运动动机从而继发性的影响进食障碍倾向的产生,致使运动动机在二者之间起到中介作用;需要对患有运动成瘾与进食障碍倾向倾的健身人群,进行合理调节并干预错误的运动动机,对预防和治疗运动成瘾和进食障碍倾向可能具有重要意义。To explore the influence of exercise addiction on eating disorder tendency and the mediating effect of exercise motivation.Methods:Exercise addiction scale,exercise motivation scale and eating scale were used to test 578 fitness people from 6 gyms in Urumqi.SPSS24.0 was used for correlation and regression analysis of the collected data to realize the comparison of relevant indicators and dimensions,and the regression model and path model were built.The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between exercise addiction,exercise motivation and eating disorder tendency.Exercise motivation plays a mediating role in exercise addiction and eating disorder tendency.The results showed that:the fitness people with exercise addiction usually accompanied by unhealthy exercise motivation secondary influence eating disorder tendency,resulting in exercise motivation between the two play a mediating role;It is necessary to reasonably regulate and intervene the wrong exercise motivation for people with exercise addiction and eating disorder tendency,which may have important significance for prevention and treatment of exercise addiction and eating disorder tendency.
